Timelines
Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on client feedback, scope changes, third-party dependencies, regulatory requirements, and technical factors.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property ownership transfers only after full payment of agreed invoices.
Client responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their intended use of delivered software complies with local laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and platform policies.
Liability
Mavix Labs is not responsible for business losses, indirect damages, loss of profits, downtime caused by third-party providers, government actions, payment gateway decisions, app-store decisions, or force majeure events.
Refunds
All fees paid for completed work are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
